A fund whose investment strategy focuses both on investing funds in debt instruments with collateral on real estate assets, as well as in shares of special-purpose companies, implementing real estate projects (residential, commercial or rental construction (including condo systems) and development or hotel activities). The object of the fund’s investments may also be receivables, including those secured by mortgages.
