TYR Private Debt Rynku Nieruchomości FIZAN

The fund, whose investment strategy focuses primarily on providing financing to companies with projects in the broadly defined real estate market – residential, commercial, retail or rental construction (including condo systems) and development or hotel operations.

Financing is provided in the form of debt – by taking out dedicated bond issues, secured on real estate assets. The Society reserves the right to adjust the collateral structure on a case-by-case basis depending on the specific project.

The main source of the Fund’s investment performance is interest received from companies.
